I am very excited to announce that I will be teaching a LIVE (via Zoom) group back pain class starting January 4th! It will be a total of 12 sessions over 2 months and will teach you how to:
- Decipher your body's signals so that you know when to push forward and when to pull back
(ie. avoid flare ups)
- Change your daily movement and positioning habits to decrease your back pain
- Learn gentle exercises to increase your "Core" strength, stretch your hips/legs, all with
minimizing flare ups and PERMANENTLY decreasing (or eliminating) your pain
Medication, injections, and surgeries only TEMPORARILY help (if they help at all). The PERMANENT solution is to change how you use your back on a daily basis!
But this class isn't for everyone. You must be clear that you're ready for change and willing to work at it! Only then will you see the results.
