Group classes via Zoom for women - 12 classes over 2 months to get you started on the path towards good habits and a gentle and targeted exercise routine. In this class learn:

** The anatomy of the low back and what creates your back pain

** How your pain "talks" to you and how to "listen"

** What is the roadmap to permanently decrease or eliminate your back pain ** How your mindset can be blocking you from progress

** How to position and move differently on a daily basis to allow your back to heal

** Targeted gentle exercises to strengthen your "core" and stretch your hips to PERMANENTLY reduce flare-ups during exercise and with daily life activities

** What pain tools exist to help during flare-ups

** When you do get a flare-up, how to problem solve so that you don't keep repeating the same mistake
